Tamra Sheffman is commercial, instrument rated with over 1500 hours, and currently Chairperson of the Florida Goldcoast 99s. Tamra lives in Miami Beach with her husband Ron Mayer who she enjoys dancing and skiing with. As a co-owner of a Cessna Cardinal and a Cessna 182 with Sonia Bortolin (her co-pilot in the Air Race Classic 2005 & 2006) she frequently takes a bird’s eye view of Miami Beach and other Florida property. Tamra loves to fly for fun, food, and proficiency.
Tamra Sheffman is owner/broker of Royal Palm Realty in Miami Beach. A leader in Miami Beach ’s real estate sector since 1978, she has been an investor in local commercial and residential properties, and has owned and operated many Art Deco and MiMo buildings in Miami Beach.
Tamra is a director of the Florida Association of REALTORS, as well as director and past president of the Miami Beach Association of REALTORS. She is a Florida Supreme Court certified mediator. Tamra also serves on the Board of the Jewish Museum of Florida.

Kristen Jurn has over 900 hours of flying experience, and is a commercial, instrument and multi-engine rated pilot. She has been involved with aviation since 1991 when she earned her private license here in South Florida. Upon returning to her studies at Arizona State University she kept her Cessna 150 at the Sky Harbor airport and helped open a flight school in Mesa where she eventually earned the instrument and commerial ratings.
After living abroad in France, Kristen was hired with United Airlines as an international flight attendant and traveled extensively with the airline. After a few years of not flying due to scheduling demands and costs; Kristen returned to flying more in 2000, earned her multi-engine commercial and instrument rating and flew for the "Traffic Watch" in the Philadelphia, Delaware and New Jersey metropoitan airspace.
Kristen's more recent flying has been in the Cirrus SR22 as she headed the sales team and developed the South Florida market for AirShares Elite.
Kristen has been an active member of the Ninety-Nines and has held the position of Treasurer and Secretary in her local chapters. She is also been a member of AOPA and Women in Aviation since 1992. She is now working on launching a new company.
